The first domino is set to fall in the wake of Senator Byron Dorgan’s (D-ND) announcement to not seek reelection in 2010. Aaron Blake over at The Hill’s Blog Briefing Room is reporting Governor John Hoeven (R-ND) will make “his Senate bid official this evening.”
